As a Graduate Engineer Trainee – Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers, supporting product integration, troubleshooting sensor-related issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective resolution of queries. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via email, phone, and on-site visits when required.
- Assist in installation, commissioning, and testing of sensor products at customer locations.
- Troubleshoot sensor-related problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with R&D and production teams to resolve product issues and ensure timely feedback to customers.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, service reports, and manuals.
- Support the sales team with technical inputs during pre-sales and post-sales phases.
- Conduct product training sessions and demonstrations for customers and partners.
- Maintain a customer issue tracking system and ensure proper follow-up until resolution.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
