- Logistics & Transport Coordination: Book freight carriers, negotiate rates, and schedule pickups to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Documentation: Generate and verify delivery challans, tax invoices, and E-way bills in strict compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, implement FIFO (First In, First Out) methods, and conduct periodic stock reconciliation.
- Shipment Tracking: Monitor vehicle/shipment movement, proactively update customers, and resolve any in-transit delays.
