Process Management: Supervise daily packaging lines and ensure all operations run according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Quality Assurance: Inspect packaged goods for defects and ensure accurate sealing, batch coding, and labeling.Material Sourcing: Select and manage inventory of packaging materials (e.g., corrugation, plastics, folding boxes), working closely with vendors.Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols, following industry regulations like Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with production, warehousing, and dispatch teams to meet daily output targets and ensure timely deliveries.
