HubSpot Administrator and Developer – Key Requirements
- HubSpot Platform Administration – 5+ years of hands-on HubSpot Admin experience across all Hubs (Sales, Marketing, Service, CMS), with deep expertise in day-to-day platform management, configuration, and optimization.
- Data Hygiene & Governance – Proven ability to regularly audit and maintain HubSpot instances including lifecycle management, pipeline hygiene, lead scoring, workflows, naming conventions, and record associations to ensure data integrity at all times.
- End-User Support & Training – Strong track record of supporting internal stakeholders, troubleshooting platform issues, and developing documentation, guidelines, and best practices for HubSpot users across business teams.
- Integrations & Data Flow Management – Experience managing CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce) and ensuring seamless, reliable data flow between HubSpot and other systems with minimal disruption.
- Workflow & Automation Management – Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and incrementally improve complex workflows with a solid understanding of downstream dependencies and business impact.
- HubSpot Development (30%) – Working knowledge of API usage, CMS development, and AI Agent implementation to support periodic build requests and platform enhancements in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management – Excellent ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, manage multiple requests simultaneously, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
