Job Summary
A Business Development Manager in the Process Automation field is responsible for building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence by promoting automation solutions of Exis-200 Zone-1 Remote IO systems typically in Pharma, Chemical, Speciality Chemical, Petroleum & Gas. The role blends technical knowledge with business acumen, requiring strong client engagement, market analysis.
Key Responsibilities :
* Client Engagement :
o Identify and qualify leads through networking, visits, and market mapping.
o Understand client requirements and propose automation solutions.
o Deliver product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Partnerships & Market Expansion :
o Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
o Establish strategic alliances with OEMs, EPCs, system integrators, End users / large corporate house.
o Involve with consultant from specification / requestion stage
* Market Research & Strategy
o Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies (APL).
o Collaborate with marketing and business teams to design go-to-market campaigns.
o Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics.
o Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
* Industry Participation
o Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings.
Qualifications & Skills :

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
