Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
- Prepare and record vouchers, invoices, and journal entries.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliation and cash management.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports.
- Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
- Maintain payroll and salary-related records (if applicable).
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
- Generate MIS reports and support management with financial data.
Required Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply (optional).
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of ERP software will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualities
- Experience in the Construction, Infrastructure, Water, or Wastewater Projects will be an added advantage.
- Honest, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Location
As per project requirement/ Pan India
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
