Role Overview
We are looking for a knowledgeable and motivated Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support candidates by providing guidance, training, and career-related assistance in their respective domains.
The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor and guide candidates effectively.
Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Guidance & Support
- Guide candidates regarding career opportunities and industry requirements
- Provide subject-related mentorship and professional guidance
- Assist candidates in understanding career paths and skill development opportunities
- Help candidates improve job readiness and professional confidence
Training & Knowledge Sharing
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, or mentoring sessions
- Explain concepts and industry practices in a simple and effective manner
- Support candidates in improving technical and professional skills
- Stay updated with industry trends and market requirements
Candidate Engagement
- Interact with candidates through calls, webinars, chats, and online sessions
- Build strong professional relationships with candidates
- Address candidate queries and provide appropriate solutions
Platform & Career Solution Support
- Promote Vryfide career services, upskilling programs, and AI-powered tools
- Encourage candidates to actively engage with the platform and career resources
Key Requirements
- 1–6+ years of experience in Training, Teaching, Mentoring, Recruitment, EdTech, HRTech, or Industry-Specific Roles
- Strong subject knowledge in the relevant domain
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to mentor and guide candidates effectively
- Passion for teaching, career development, and candidate success
