Job Summary
is seeking a polite, organized, and responsible Receptionist for its Central Academy, Sanchore branch. The candidate will be the first point of contact for parents, students, visitors, and staff, and will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming and professional school environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet parents, students, visitors, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and provide accurate information.
- Manage visitor entry, maintain visitor records, and issue visitor passes.
- Respond to parent queries related to admissions, fees, and general school information.
- Coordinate with the admission, accounts, and academic departments as required.
- Receive, record, and distribute letters, couriers, and official documents.
- Maintain front office registers, records, and basic documentation.
- Support admission-related activities during the admission season.
- Ensure cleanliness and discipline in the reception area.
- Assist school administration with clerical and coordination tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist/Front Office Executive (school experience preferred).
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, Email).
- Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
