Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead residential and commercial interior projects from concept development to execution. The candidate will be responsible for space planning, client coordination, material selection, design presentations, and site coordination while ensuring high-quality design standards and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative interior design concepts and space planning solutions.
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D designs, mood boards, and presentations.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and preferences.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
- Prepare detailed working drawings and BOQs.
- Coordinate with architects, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and supervise execution work.
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor junior interior designers and drafting teams.
- Stay updated with current interior design trends and materials.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles and space planning.
- Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, and Photoshop.
- Excellent creativity and visualization skills.
- Good understanding of materials, furniture, and execution detailing.
- Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in residential, commercial, and luxury interior projects.
- Strong portfolio with executed projects.
- Knowledge of site execution and vendor coordination preferred.
Pay: ₹10,773.10 - ₹70,605.84 per month
