About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and creative Manager – Corporate Gifting to lead and scale our corporate gifting vertical. In this role, you will own the end-to-end gifting experience — from curating product assortments and managing key accounts to building processes that delight clients at scale. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing to make every gifted moment memorable and on-brand.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Business Development
▸ Define and execute the corporate gifting strategy aligned with company revenue and brand goals.
▸ Identify and pursue new B2B gifting opportunities across industries — tech, BFSI, FMCG, pharma, and more.
▸ Build a scalable gifting catalogue that balances margin, desirability, and brand fit.
▸ Set quarterly targets for revenue, order volume, and client retention; track and report on KPIs.
Account Management & Client Relations
▸ Manage end-to-end relationships with corporate clients — from needs assessment to post-delivery feedback.
▸ Drive repeat business and expand wallet share through proactive account reviews and upselling.
▸ Handle large-volume, time-sensitive orders including festive campaigns, employee engagement kits, and milestone gifts.
▸ Negotiate contracts, pricing frameworks, and SLAs with enterprise and mid-market clients.
Operations & Vendor Management
▸ Oversee fulfilment workflows, ensuring quality control, packaging standards, and on-time delivery.
Cross-functional Collaboration
▸ Work with the sales team to convert inbound enquiries and support outreach campaigns.
▸ Partner with marketing to create gifting-specific content, case studies, and seasonal promotions.
▸ Share client insights with the product team to influence roadmap and new product development.
Requirements
Education & Experience
▸ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
▸ 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or gifting/merchandising — ideally in a product-based company.
▸ Proven track record of managing ₹1 Cr+ gifting accounts or driving B2B revenue growth.
Skills & Competencies
▸ Strong understanding of the corporate gifting landscape, seasonal trends, and enterprise buying behaviour.
▸ Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
▸ Ability to manage multiple high-priority accounts simultaneously without dropping the ball.
▸ Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and MS Office / Google Workspace.
▸ Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with pricing models, margin analysis, and forecasting.
Creative eye for product curation, packaging aesthetics, and brand storytelling.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
