We're Looking For
We're looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-focused Social Media Specialist who can build and grow our digital presence across all major platforms.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about architecture, interior design, branding, storytelling, photography, videography, and digital marketing.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy.
- Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and carousel content.
- Write compelling captions aligned with our brand voice.
- Coordinate professional photography and videography of completed projects.
- Edit videos and create high-quality reels using current trends.
- Design graphics for social media, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor analytics and optimize content based on performance.
- Build and engage our online community.
- Generate qualified leads through organic social media marketing.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, AI tools, and platform algorithms.
Required Skills
- Proven experience managing social media for architecture, interior design, luxury, hospitality, or premium lifestyle brands.
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Strong understanding of branding and visual storytelling.
- Photography and videography coordination experience.
- Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Copywriting and content planning abilities.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of AI-powered content creation tools is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Background in Architecture, Interior Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, Visual Communication, or Digital Media.
- Experience working with premium brands is highly preferred.
