Core Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Monitor guest feedback, promptly resolve complaints, and ensure high-quality, welcoming service from check-in to check-out
- Staff Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule department heads and staff, fostering a positive work environment and tracking performance.
- Operational Efficiency: Enforce brand standards, health, and safety protocols across all premises. Conduct daily property walk-throughs to inspect rooms and public areas.
- Financial Oversight: Assist the General Manager by monitoring operating expenses, controlling inventory, and managing daily budgets
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Ensure seamless communication between various departments to prevent operational bottlenecks.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
