- Working Hour: 9.00am to 9.00pm (12 hrs)
- Timeline Oversight: Develop project schedules from initial Request for Quotation (RFQ) to final mass production.
- Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external tool manufacturers, tracking build progress and ensuring daily updates are reported.
- Physical Validation: Conduct in-house or supplier-end mould trials (blue matching, insert fitting) to validate the mould’s performance.
- Defect Resolution: Analyze trial parts for dimensional or aesthetic issues, and coordinate with toolmakers to implement corrective actions.
- Quality Documentation: Check sample inspection reports (ISIR/PPAP), coordinate dimensional validation, and prepare necessary shipping documents.
- Project Handover: Assist in the industrialization and handover of the finished mould to process engineers and production teams.
- Process Knowledge: Strong background in injection moulding and tooling technologies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional cross-functional communication and tooling project planning capabilities
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
