Job description-
- Candidate will be responsible to look after market research, competitor mapping, lead generation & initiatial cold calling to prospective potential clients.
- Prepare and manage RFP, RFQ, and proposal submissions for staffing solutions opportunities.
- Develop commercial proposals, pricing models in alignment with organizational guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs for client proposals and presentations.
- Create client-facing presentations, solution documents, and business cases.
- Analyze client requirements and recommend suitable staffing solutions.
