Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Maintenance Technician to ensure the highest standards of maintenance, safety, and luxury experience for our guests and colleagues. The role is responsible for preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs across all hotel areas.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations & Breakdown Maintenance: Attend and resolve all maintenance complaints from guest rooms, lobby, restaurants, kitchens, and back-of-house within defined SLA. Perform repairs and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, carpentry, and mechanical systems. Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to 5-star luxury standardsHandle DG set, LT panel, water pumps, STP, WTP, chillers, AHU, FCU operations
2. Preventive Maintenance (PPM):Execute daily, weekly, and monthly PPM schedule as per Engineering SOPs. Maintain logbooks for equipment readings, energy consumption, and complaints. Identify recurring faults and suggest permanent solutions to reduce downtime
3. Safety & Compliance: Strictly follow 5-star safety, health and hygiene standards, LOTO, and PPE protocols. Ensure compliance with KSEB, fire safety, and statutory requirements. Participate in fire fighting, emergency evacuation, and first-aid teams
4. Guest Service & Teamwork: Maintain highest level of guest privacy, courtesy, and "zero disturbance" while working in occupied rooms. Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and F&B for smooth operations. Train and guide junior technicians and apprentices
Requirements & Skills:
ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / HVAC / Refrigeration5-8 years experience, with minimum 3 years in a 5-Star / Luxury Hotel / Resort. Strong hands-on knowledge in Electrical + HVAC + Plumbing (multi-skilled is mandatory for 5-star)Knowledge of BMS, EMS, and hotel engineering software. Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams. Good communication and grooming as per 5-star standards. Willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shift and weekends
Preferred Certifications:
Wireman License / HVAC License / Fire Safety Certification
