Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations (where applicable), and other statutory requirements.
- Organize and manage Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
- Prepare agendas, notices, board papers, and minutes of meetings.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and company documentation.
- File statutory returns, forms, and disclosures with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and other regulatory authorities.
- Advise the Board and senior management on corporate governance, legal, and compliance matters.
- Ensure timely implementation of Board resolutions and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, regulators, and government authorities.
- Monitor changes in corporate laws and ensure timely implementation of regulatory updates.
- Support due diligence, mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, and other corporate transactions when required.
- Assist in drafting corporate policies and governance frameworks.
Qualifications
- Qualified Company Secretary (Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India - ICSI).
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred).
Experience
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in company secretarial and corporate compliance functions.
- Experience with listed companies will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance management tools.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
