We are looking for ambitious, energetic, and sales-driven individuals to join our Reservations & Sales Internship Program. This is a unique opportunity for candidates seeking hands-on experience in the travel industry while developing their sales, customer service, and reservation management skills.
The internship will run for 6 months, during which interns will actively engage in sales and reservation activities. At the end of the program, the top 2 performers based on sales achievements and overall performance will be offered a full-time position with an attractive salary package and career growth opportunities within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Assist clients with travel-related information and reservation requests.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Prepare quotations and provide accurate travel information to clients.
- Coordinate with suppliers and partners regarding reservation availability and confirmations.
- Process booking amendments, cancellations, and customer requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
- Support the team in daily operational and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or candidates pursuing/completing a degree or diploma in any field.
- Passion for sales, customer service, and the travel industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and online communication tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Prior sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
