About the Role
Socio Labs is looking for a Business Development Executive with strong communication and technical knowledge of digital marketing. The role involves client meetings, lead generation, and strategic business growth. You’ll act as the key bridge between clients and our internal digital teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client meetings (onsite & virtual) to understand requirements and pitch solutions.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through research and networking.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations for potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Perform cold calling and follow-up calls to generate new business leads and nurture existing ones.
Technical Knowledge
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Website Development.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and campaign metrics.
- Experience using CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and LinkedIn for lead generation.
- Ability to explain marketing services and ROI to clients confidently.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Client Servicing (Digital Marketing background preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Must be open to frequent client meetings and travel.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
