Key Responsibilities
Sales Performance
- Achieve individual and team sales targets for vehicle sales.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Ensure effective lead generation, follow-up, and conversion.
- Drive sales of accessories, finance, insurance, and extended warranty products.
Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve performance goals.
- Conduct daily sales briefings and performance reviews.
- Train new and existing sales executives on products, sales techniques, and customer handling.
- Monitor productivity and provide regular feedback.
- Foster a high-performance and customer-centric culture.
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalations promptly.
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
Sales Operations
- Monitor showroom activities and ensure proper customer engagement.
- Ensure accurate documentation for vehicle bookings and deliveries.
- Maintain CRM records with updated customer information.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams for seamless customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer guidelines.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and local market potential.
- Conduct promotional activities, roadshows, exhibitions, and corporate sales initiatives.
- Build relationships with corporate clients and fleet customers.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze sales data and recommend improvement plans.
- Track team KPIs and sales pipeline.
- Report market feedback and customer insights to management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in automobile sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading a sales team.
- Experience in dealership operations is preferred.

Working Conditions
