Description

Operate and monitor the Thermic Fluid Heater system safely and efficiently.

Check temperature, pressure, fuel consumption, and circulation parameters regularly.

Maintain proper thermic fluid temperature as per production requirement.

Conduct routine inspection of pumps, burners, pipelines, valves, and safety devices.

Record operational readings in log sheets on hourly/daily basis.

Ensure proper fuel handling and combustion efficiency.
-
Identify abnormalities and report breakdowns immediately.
-
Coordinate with maintenance team during preventive and breakdown maintenance.
-
Assist during shutdown and startup activities of heater system.
-
Monitor leakage, overheating, unusual noise, or pressure fluctuation.
-
Maintain spare parts and utility consumables inventory.
