We are building an AI-first creative ecosystem and looking for an AI Generalist who can combine creativity, marketing understanding, automation, and emerging AI tools to transform the way brands create and grow.
Role Overview
The AI Generalist will work across creative, design, video, content, marketing, and operations teams to implement AI-powered workflows, generate high-quality creative outputs, improve productivity, and explore new possibilities using the latest AI tools.
This role is ideal for someone who loves experimenting with AI, understands creative thinking, and can turn ideas into real business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities AI Creative Production
- Create high-quality AI visuals, campaigns, concepts, and creative directions using AI tools.
- Generate and refine images, videos, animations, and brand assets.
- Build workflows for faster creative production without compromising quality.
- Support teams in creating social media creatives, ads, presentations, mockups, and campaign ideas.
AI Video & Content Creation
- Create AI-generated videos, cinematic content, reels, product videos, and brand storytelling formats.
- Work with AI voice, avatars, motion tools, and editing automation.
- Convert ideas/scripts into visual concepts.
AI Workflow & Automation
- Build automated workflows between different tools.
- Automate repetitive tasks across content, design, reporting, and operations.
- Create systems using AI agents and no-code automation platforms.
Prompt Engineering
- Write advanced prompts for images, videos, copy, strategy, and research.
- Develop reusable prompt libraries for internal teams.
- Improve output quality through prompt testing and optimization.
Research & Innovation
- Continuously explore new AI tools, trends, and workflows.
- Test emerging platforms and recommend implementation.
- Train internal teams on AI adoption.
- Build AI SOPs and best practices.

Creative Skills
- Strong visual understanding and creative thinking.
- Knowledge of branding, advertising, and social media formats.
- Understanding of typography, composition, storytelling, and trends.
Technical Skills
- AI agents

- Data organization
- No-code tools
Coding knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
