Sales Manager (International Sales – Natural Stones)
Location: Sector 48, Sohna Road - Gurgaon, India (ONSITE)
Shift Timings: 3:00 AM – 12:00 PM IST (aligning with Australian customers)
Salary: Up to 17 LPA based on your last CTC+ uncapped Incentives

Stone Depot is one of the largest distributors of premium natural stones in Australia, boasting a global supply chain and over 40 years of industry expertise. We source and distribute granite, marble, travertine, limestone, bluestone, and sandstone across Australia.
What You’ll Do
- Drive international sales growth, especially with Australian clients.
- Develop and execute business development strategies.
- Identify new opportunities, generate leads, and close deals.
- Please collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure a seamless delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team of at least 5 to 10 members.
What We’re Looking For
✔10+ years of experience in end-to-end sales
✔Strong communication & negotiation skills
✔ Proven track record in achieving revenue targets
✔ Understanding of supply chain & operations
✔ International Sales experience- US, UK, Canada, or Australia (preferred)
✔5+ years of team handling experience with a growth mindset
✔should be able to handle SMB Segment(Small meduim Business)
