We specialize in delivering highly skilled IT professionals to enterprise clients across industries including Banking, Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Retail, and Technology.
As we expand our Swiss and European staffing business, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Staffing Operations & Account Manager to own the end-to-end operational lifecycle of our consultants and client engagements.
Role Summary
The Staffing Operations & Account Manager will be responsible for managing staffing operations from candidate onboarding through project completion while acting as the primary operational point of contact for clients, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
This role combines account management, staffing operations, compliance, consultant engagement, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organizational skills, and enjoys building strong relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management
- Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build strong relationships with client hiring managers, procurement teams, MSPs, and implementation partners.
- Coordinate consultant onboarding and project commencement.
- Monitor consultant performance and client satisfaction throughout assignments.
- Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally.
- Support account growth by identifying additional staffing opportunities.
Staffing Operations
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities.
- Prepare offer letters and employment documentation.
- Coordinate background verification and compliance documentation.
- Manage consultant documentation and personnel files.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with finance/payroll partners.
- Track contract start dates, extensions, renewals, and project completions.
- Ensure accurate consultant records within the ATS/CRM.
Client & Consultant Coordination
- Maintain regular communication with consultants throughout their assignments.
- Coordinate timesheet collection and approvals.
- Follow up on client feedback and consultant performance.
- Support consultant offboarding when assignments conclude.
- Manage contract extensions and renewals.
Compliance
- Ensure complete onboarding documentation before project start.
- Coordinate work permit and employment documentation where applicable.
- Support compliance requirements for Swiss personnel leasing and employment regulations.
- Maintain accurate audit-ready records.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain operational dashboards and reports.
- Track consultant utilization.
- Support invoicing and billing reconciliation.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in IT staffing, recruitment operations, staffing coordination, or account management.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Experience working with staffing agencies or consulting companies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting European or Swiss staffing operations.
- Knowledge of contractor onboarding and compliance processes.
- Understanding of employment documentation and staffing contracts.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
