Job Title: Supervisor
Job Purpose
The Supervisor will be responsible for managing manpower, overseeing inventory, ensuring timely dispatch of vehicles, and maintaining cold chain supply. The role requires strong organizational skills, process implementation, and effective communication to achieve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Handle and manage manpower effectively.
- Prepare and manage invoices.
- Maintain and monitor inventory levels.
- Ensure timely dispatch of vehicles.
- Implement new processes to improve efficiency.
- Control and minimize wastage.
- Maintain cold chain supply standards.
- Conduct regular follow-ups on inventory.
- Ensure adherence to FIFO (First-In-First-Out) system.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :-
- Maintain cold chain supply without disruption.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods.
Skills & Competencies Required :-
- Strong communication skills with subordinates.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Ability to multitask and manage operations efficiently.
- Fluency in local language and Hindi.
- Basic internet and net surfing skills.
Qualifications :-
- Any Graduate .
- Prior experience in supervisory or operations role will be an advantage.
Experience : - 1 to 3 years
(Note: The Candidate should be comfortable working in Night Shift. 5:30 pm to 2:00 pm)
