Job Title: Management Trainee – Business Development (Healthcare)

Role Overview:
Seeking a dynamic Management Trainee to drive business growth by building relationships with healthcare professionals, onboarding partners, and managing patient acquisition initiatives. The role involves end-to-end ownership of business outcomes, stakeholder management, and operational execution within the healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and onboard healthcare specialists to drive program adoption and lead generation.
- Present program benefits through presentations, demonstrations, and discussions.
- Manage relationships with doctors, hospitals, and key stakeholders as the primary point of contact.
- Drive patient lead generation and monitor conversion through counselling teams.
- Coordinate patient onboarding processes across partner hospitals and clinics.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure seamless execution of partner programs.
- Track performance metrics and contribute to business growth targets.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Life Sciences or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Aurangabad, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
