A Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building long-term relationships. The role involves handling inquiries, coordinating with sales and service teams, and improving the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding sales and service inquiries
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Follow up with customers for feedback after vehicle purchase or service
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
Support the sales team in lead generation and conversion
