Duty Manager – Front Office
Job Summary
The Duty Manager is responsible for supervising the daily front office operations, ensuring smooth guest service, handling guest complaints, coordinating with departments, and maintaining hotel standards during shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise front office operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle VIP guests and special requests.
- Resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and F&B departments.
- Monitor room status, room availability, and occupancy.
- Ensure proper grooming and discipline of front office staff.
- Handle emergency situations and incident reporting.
- Assist in training and guiding front office team members.
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies and SOPs.
- Maintain guest satisfaction and service quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
- Minimum 4–7 years of hotel front office experience.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge in IDS software preferred.
- Ability to handle guest relations and problem-solving.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
