GLEUHR is upgrading its Chandigarh clinic to offer surgical and advanced aesthetic services. We are looking for a qualified Plastic Surgeon to lead this vertical on a monthly retainer — performing procedures, setting clinical standards for the new service line, and building patient trust through honest, safe, results-driven care.
Qualifications & registration (mandatory)
- MCh / DNB in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (or equivalent recognised qualification)
- Current registration with [Punjab/Chandigarh Medical Council / NMC] — verified before joining
- years’ independent operating experience
- Valid indemnity / professional liability cover (or willingness to obtain)
- Familiarity with Clinical Establishment requirements for the procedures offered
Scope of services
Advanced aesthetic: [e.g. advanced injectables, thread lifts, energy-based procedures beyond current scope]
Note: scope is limited to what the Chandigarh facility’s registration, OT setup, and anaesthesia cover permit. Surgeon and clinic agree the cleared list before any procedure is offered.
Key responsibilities
- Perform surgical and advanced aesthetic procedures to a high safety and outcome standard
- Conduct surgical consultations — assess suitability honestly, decline cases that aren’t right, never overpromise
- Obtain proper informed consent and maintain complete clinical documentation for every case
- Define pre-op, intra-op and post-op protocols for each procedure offered
- Lead post-operative care and manage complications; be reachable for post-op concerns per agreed cover
- Set the clinical SOPs and safety gates for the surgical/advanced vertical
- Train and supervise supporting staff (doctors, therapists, OT/recovery staff) on the new procedures
- Uphold infection control, sterilisation and biomedical-waste standards in the surgical area
- Coordinate with the counsellor/sales team so patients are pitched accurately — no clinical claim the surgeon hasn’t approved

- Patient safety and honest consultation come before revenue — customer care is the priority; results follow
- Nothing hidden: every case documented, every complication recorded and reviewed
- No procedure outside the agreed cleared scope, regardless of patient request
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
