JOB PROFILE Personal Assistant (PA) to Chairman
Reporting To: Chairman
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Chairman’s schedule, meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
- Handle personal and official tasks assigned by the Chairman.
- Coordinate with departments and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain important records.
- Manage calls, emails, visitors, and official correspondence.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and meeting logistics.
- Maintain confidentiality of all business and personal information.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Chairman.
Requirements
- Qualification: Minimum Graduate (Any Discipline)
- Experience: 2–5 Years as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
- Professional attitude with high confidentiality standards
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience and skills)
