Job Overview
We are looking for a smart and proactive Event Executive who can manage events and support business growth. The candidate should have hands-on experience in both corporate and wedding events and the ability to handle clients confidently.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute corporate events and weddings from start to finish
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Work with vendors, suppliers and internal teams for smooth event execution
- Support event setup, operations and post-event activities
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Identify new business opportunities and bring in clients through personal networks and field activities
- Support sales efforts by closing leads and achieving targets
- Travel for client meetings and event execution as required
Skills and Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in event management (corporate and wedding)
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle clients professionally and close sales
- Smart, proactive and result-oriented approach
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Willingness to travel
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
