About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, driven individual to work directly with the Founder. This is not a traditional role — you will be embedded at the center of decision-making, strategy, and execution. If you are someone who thinks fast, communicates clearly, and wants to understand how a growing agency operates from the inside, this role is for you.
What You Will Do
- Work closely with the Founder on strategic initiatives, business priorities, and special projects
- Conduct research and prepare reports, decks, and briefs to support key decisions
- Coordinate and follow up across teams to ensure timely execution of action items
- Identify operational gaps and help build systems and processes to fix them
- Represent the Founder's office in internal and external communications when required
- Track business metrics, OKRs, and other performance indicators regularly
- Manage the Founder's calendar, meetings, and priorities where needed
Who You Are
- 1–3 years of experience in a startup, consulting, marketing, or agency environment
- Extremely strong communication skills — written and verbal
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to take ownership without constant direction
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and presentation tools
- Prior experience in a D2C or marketing agency is a strong advantage
