Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in B2B and B2C sales and be responsible for generating new business opportunities through direct client interactions and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct direct client meetings and business presentations.
- Meet builders, architects, contractors, developers, and potential customers to generate new business.
- Develop and maintain strong B2B and B2C client relationships.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B & B2C Sales.
- Experience in the construction, interior design, architecture, or building materials industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for client meetings.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
