Job Overview
We are looking for a Telesales Executives to support its growing customer base of an Insurance Company. This role involves interacting with potential customers, explaining health insurance products, and assisting them throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers via phone to introduce health insurance products
- Explain policy features, benefits, and coverage details clearly
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Assist customers with policy purchase and payment process
- Maintain customer records and follow up for conversions
- Build and manage relationships for future business opportunities
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales.
- Basic understanding of sales processes is preferred.
