Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Blockchain Technology Trainer to provide industry-focused training to students, graduates, and IT professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in blockchain concepts, decentralized applications (DApps), smart contracts, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain development, along with excellent teaching and mentoring skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions on Blockchain Technology and its applications.
- Teach blockchain fundamentals, distributed ledger technology, consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications (DApps).
- Deliver hands-on training on blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, Polygon, and other relevant technologies.
- Develop training materials, assignments, lab exercises, and real-time projects.
- Guide students in building and deploying smart contracts and blockchain-based applications.
- Conduct assessments, coding exercises, and project evaluations.
- Stay updated with emerging blockchain trends, tools, and industry developments.
- Mentor learners on blockchain career opportunities and certification pathways.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Blockchain Architecture and Distributed Ledger Technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solidity, Web3.js, Smart Contracts, and DApps.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to explain complex blockchain concepts in a practical and easy-to-understand manner.
- Experience in software development and blockchain project implementation.
- Familiarity with cryptography, tokenization, NFTs, and decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Blockchain Trainer, Technical Trainer, or Software Development Trainer.
- Experience with Solidity, Remix IDE, Truffle, Ganache, Hardhat, and MetaMask.
- Knowledge of Web Development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
- Blockchain certifications or relevant industry credentials are an added advantage.
