Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Officer to drive sales growth in the Automotive Spare Parts Aftermarket. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in distributor management, dealer network development, retail expansion, and achieving sales targets within the automotive aftermarket industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sustainable business growth.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Appoint and develop new distributors to strengthen market presence.
- Expand the retailer network under each distributor to maximize product reach.
- Train and mentor distributors' sales teams to improve market coverage and performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, mechanics, and key account customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Execute sales processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit accurate MIS reports and market feedback.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase product visibility and sales.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma, Any Graduate, Engineering Graduate, or MBA.
- 3–5 years of experience in Automotive Spare Parts Aftermarket Retail Distribution.
- Preference will be given to candidates with at least 3 years of experience in the Two-Wheeler Spare Parts industry.
- Strong distributor handling and dealer management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Salary & Benefits
