The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards are maintained across guest rooms, public areas, linen rooms and back areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping staff and daily operations.
- Conduct room inspections and ensure cleanliness standards.
- Manage staff rosters, shift briefings and task allocation.
- Handle guest requests and resolve complaints promptly.
- Monitor linen, laundry, inventory and stock levels.
- Maintain housekeeping records, log books and lost & found records.
- Coordinate maintenance issues with the Engineering team.
- Ensure proper housekeeping procedures and safety standards are followed.
Requirements
- Experience in housekeeping or hospitality operations preferred.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
