Role Overview
As a Digital Customer Specialist, you will be the face of our partner NBFC brand, interacting with customers to resolve queries, provide support, and manage financial process requirements efficiently. This role demands high integrity, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound/outbound customer interactions regarding financial products and services.
Assist customers with queries, loan processing information, or account updates.
Maintain high accuracy in data entry and adherence to standard operating procedures.
Meet daily/monthly performance metrics and quality benchmarks to maximize incentive earnings.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary).
Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates.
Student Status: Candidates must not be currently pursuing any active regular education (Not Pursuing).
Immediate Joiners Only: Must be ready to start working immediately.
Strict Non-Eligibility Criteria (Please Read Carefully):
Candidates holding the following degrees are NOT eligible: BE / B.Tech / MBA / LLB / B.Pharma / M.Pharma.
Candidates must have ZERO active loans in their name.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Salary: ₹11,500 per month
Increment: Performance-based hike to ₹12,500 per month after completion of 6 months.
Performance Incentives: Earn an additional ₹2,000 to ₹10,000 every month based on your target achievements.
Shift & Work Schedule
Operational Window: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Rotational 9-hour shift within this window).
Weekly Off: Rotational day off.
