Key ResponsibilitiesElectrician
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, motors, panels, and wiring.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant electrical equipment.
- Diagnose electrical faults and restore equipment with minimum downtime.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.
- Maintain maintenance records and report equipment issues.
- Assist in electrical installations and machine commissioning.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for timely issue resolution.
Fitter
- Assemble, install, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment and machinery.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machines.
- Replace worn-out machine parts, bearings, belts, gears, and other mechanical components.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
- Ensure proper alignment, lubrication, and smooth operation of machinery.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow safety procedures during maintenance and repair activities.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical/mechanical faults.
- Familiarity with manufacturing plant equipment.
- Basic understanding of safety practices and industrial maintenance.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- ITI Electrician / ITI Fitter or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in a manufacturing industry will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
