Role Purpose
The B2G Skill Mission State Manager will lead state-level government skilling programs,
building partnerships with State Skill Development Missions (SSDM), Sector Skill Councils,
colleges, ITIs, industries, and CSR donors. The role focuses on tender identification,
government engagement, proposal development, and program execution within the
assigned state.
Key Responsibilities
1. State Skill Mission Business Development
Identify and secure state government skilling opportunities across programs such as:
PMKVY
DDU-GKY
NULM
NAPS
SANKALP
STRIVE
State Skill Development Schemes
CSR + Government blended programs
Revenue Target: 3–5 Cr per year per state.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience: 5–10 years in Skill Development, Government Projects, CSR Skilling, Education
Programs, or Public Sector Partnerships.
