Job Description
Labonel Fine Baking is looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage guest interactions and ensure a warm, professional experience at our outlet.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers courteously at the front desk
- Handle customer inquiries, walk-ins, and phone calls efficiently
- Coordinate with store, kitchen, and delivery teams
- Manage billing support, order tracking, and basic POS operations
- Maintain front office records and daily reports
- Ensure a neat, welcoming, and organized front office area
- Handle customer feedback and resolve basic issues professionally
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal communication skills (English mandatory; local language preferred)
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, POS systems)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional grooming and interpersonal skills
Preferred Profile
- Experience in bakery, café, hotel, or retail hospitality
- Immediate or short notice period preferred
