Key Requirements:-
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Voice Quality (monitoring/evaluation)
- Strong communication and feedback skills
- Ability to ensure adherence to call quality guidelines and compliance standards
Key Responsibilities of the Role:-
- Monitor and evaluate voice quality for customer interactions executives
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to executives
- Support training and development programs for voice and accent improvement
- Contribute towards enhancing quality satisfaction scores
