The Receptionist / Patient Relationship Executive will ensure excellent patient experience by managing registration, appointments, billing, report delivery, and patient communication.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Operations
- Welcome and register patients.
- Generate bills and collect payments.
- Maintain patient records accurately.
- Coordinate with laboratory staff and phlebotomists.
Patient Communication
- Answer phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Schedule home collections and appointments.
- Send reports through WhatsApp and email.
- Handle patient queries professionally.
Follow-Up Activities
- Request Google reviews from satisfied patients.
- Inform patients about health packages and promotions.
- Follow up on pending payments and due reports.
- Maintain patient database.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage cash and daily collections.
- Maintain records and inventory logs.
- Prepare daily reports for management.
Required Skills
- Pleasant personality and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software, WhatsApp).
- Ability to handle patients politely and professionally.
- Experience in healthcare or customer service preferred.
