Hiring Bartender – Hola, Fontainhas (Panjim)
Hola, a vibrant restaurant located in Fontainhas, Panjim, is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic bartender to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Create classic and signature cocktails with consistency and flair
- Interact with guests, recommend drinks, and provide excellent service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Manage bar inventory and assist with stock control
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol and follow safety standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Minimum 2 years of prior bartending or hospitality experience
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance
- Good knowledge of basic cocktails and bar practices
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
- Immediate joining preferred
Job Details:
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 per month (based on experience)
- Timings: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (with break between lunch & dinner service)
- Weekly Off: 1 day per week (discussed during interview)
