PACE (Project and Content Expert) is an academic writing agency dedicated to providing high-quality content to students and professionals. We are looking to expand our in-house team with a Full-Time Academic Writer who will work closely with our project managers and clients to produce well-researched, original content across various subjects.
Job Overview

- Role: Full-Time Content Writer
- Location: Howrah (2-minute walk from Howrah AC Market)
- Work Mode: In-Office
- Schedule: 5 days a week (Flexible shifts)
- Salary: ₹20,000/month + Performance-based incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting & Research: Produce academic essays, assignments, research papers, and dissertations across subjects including English, Sociology, History, and Education.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work is 100% original, well-researched, and free of plagiarism.
- Formatting: Strictly adhere to citation styles such as APA, MLA, Chicago, etc.
- Collaboration: Work with project managers to understand specific client requirements and deliver high-quality results.
- Editing: Proofread and refine content for grammar, syntax, and structural accuracy.
- Output: Consistently meet daily/weekly goals (Target: 3,500–3,800 words per day).
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional writing experience.
- Education: Graduate degree (minimum).
- Linguistic Proficiency: Advanced command of English writing, grammar, and syntax.
- Academic Knowledge: Familiarity with diverse subjects and referencing rules.
- Adaptability: Comfortable with flexible working hours and shifting project requirements.
- Location Preference: Candidates residing in or near Kolkata or Howrah are preferred.
