Job Summary:
Red Web Raising (RWR) is hiring a Business Development Executive to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, experience in IT services, and the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
- Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into paying clients
- Handle the complete sales cycle (lead generation → closure)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
- Conduct market research and track competitors
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve targets
- Update and manage leads in CRM tools
