Job Summary
Vedalex World Class Products Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to operate and monitor production machinery used in the manufacturing and packaging of Ayurvedic products. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth machine operations, maintaining product quality, minimizing downtime, and following all GMP, SOP, and safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Operate production and packaging machines as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Perform machine setup before starting production.
Monitor machine performance and maintain production efficiency.
Conduct routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
Report machine breakdowns or technical issues immediately to the Maintenance Department.
Ensure proper usage of raw materials and minimize wastage.
Maintain daily production records and machine logbooks.
Follow GMP, safety, hygiene, and company quality standards at all times.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the given timeline.
Maintain cleanliness of the work area and machinery.
Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / 10th or 12th Pass (Technical qualification preferred)
Experience: 1–3 years in FMCG, Ayurvedic, Pharmaceutical, Food Processing, or Manufacturing Industry.
Freshers with technical knowledge may also apply.
Required Skills
Knowledge of production machine operation.
Basic troubleshooting and machine handling skills.
Understanding of GMP and safety procedures.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Strong attention to quality and productivity.
