Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive to support business growth in the IT services domain. The role involves identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, understanding requirements, and assisting in converting leads into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through platforms like LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels
- Identify and connect with prospective clients
- Understand client requirements and communicate solutions
- Schedule meetings and follow up with leads
- Assist in proposal preparation and sales closure
- Maintain lead data and update CRM/records
- Achieve assigned targets and contribute to revenue growth
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales/business development
- Willingness to learn IT services (Web, Mobile Apps, Software)
- Confident in client interaction and follow-ups
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
Preferred
- Prior experience in sales or lead generation (optional)
- Familiarity with online platforms and client outreach tools
Compensation
- Fixed Salary + Performance-based Incentives
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
