Job Summary
Arsicent Life Science Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-driven City Manager – Sales to lead and manage sales operations across assigned cities in Gujarat. This role is responsible for driving primary and secondary sales, strengthening distributor networks, managing city-level teams, and expanding market presence in the FMCG segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned city/region
- Develop, manage, and strengthen distributor and retailer networks
- Plan and execute market expansion and penetration strategies
- Monitor sales performance, stock movement, and market feedback
- Ensure effective city-level sales operations and team coordination
- Implement company sales policies, schemes, and promotional activities
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide actionable insights to management
- Lead and manage a team of 4–6 Distributor Sales Executives
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of FMCG distribution and channel management
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and market development
- Ability to analyse market trends and competitor activities
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 5-8 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in a city or area management role
- Established distributor network within Gujarat
- Experience managing city-level operations and achieving aggressive sales targets
- Willingness to travel across assigned cities
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
