Job Title: Legal Associate
Location: Sahastradhara Road, Parwadoon, Dehradun, Uttarakhand
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Experience: 0–1 years (SARFAESI experience preferred)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Legal Associate to handle matters under the SARFAESI Act, particularly Section 14 proceedings. Candidates with prior experience will be preferred; however, fresh law graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:Handling SARFAESI Act matters, especially Section 14 applications
- Drafting and filing applications, notices, and legal documents
- Coordinating with banks, advocates, district magistrate offices, and authorities
- Following up on case status and maintaining legal records
- Assisting seniors in legal research and case preparation
- Attending court proceedings, if required
- Ensuring compliance with legal timelines and procedures
Eligibility Criteria:
- Law graduate (LLB) from a recognised university
- Experience in SARFAESI / Section 14 matters will be an added advantage
- Freshers with an interest in banking and recovery laws may apply
- Basic knowledge of legal drafting and court procedures
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to work from the Dehradun location.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of SARFAESI Act, RDDB Act (basic level)
- Drafting and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Professional attitude and eagerness to learn
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
