Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a high-energy, strategic Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth across our logistics, warehousing, and specialized divisions. You won’t just be selling "space on a truck"—you’ll be architecting complex supply chain solutions for clients who rely on precision, timing, and integrity.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Revenue Generation: Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within 3PL, warehousing, and temperature-controlled logistics.
- Solution Selling: Consult with potential clients to understand their supply chain pain points and design bespoke solutions—from last-mile delivery to multi-temp storage.
- Strategic Networking: Build a robust pipeline of enterprise-level clients in sectors like pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, and perishable goods.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor moves, and regulatory changes (especially regarding cold chain compliance).
- Collaboration: Work closely with our Operations and Warehouse teams to ensure that what you sell is executed flawlessly.
What You Bring to the Table
- Industry Expertise: At least 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain sales. Cold Chain experience is a massive plus.
- The "Rolodex": A proven track record of bringing in new business and managing long-term strategic accounts.
- Technical Literacy: You understand the "how" behind the "what"—WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), TMS, and cold chain monitoring tech.
- Communication Skills: You can present as comfortably to a warehouse manager as you can to a C-suite executive.
- Resilience: The logistics world is 24/7 and fast-paced; you thrive under pressure and enjoy solving "impossible" puzzles.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
